H2S Safety & SCBA Training
Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) is a colorless, highly toxic, and flammable gas commonly found in many industrial operations. It tends to accumulate in low-lying areas and can go unnoticed, posing serious health and safety risks. In high concentrations, inhaling H2S can be fatal within seconds.
This H2S Safety & SCBA Training Course equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and awareness needed to identify H2S hazards, assess associated risks, and implement effective control measures. Trainees will also learn to use Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) safely and develop the right attitude for emergency response, ensuring workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
The aim of this course is to raise awareness about Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), how it forms, and where it can be present in the workplace. Participants will learn practical methods to protect themselves from H2S exposure, understand emergency response procedures, and gain guidance on safe practices for managing H2S hazards to ensure workplace safety and compliance.
